2:34 - Camera on the bridge while underway/Something that I'm not going to point out to protect the ship.
2:40- Lashing bins improperly secured.
2:45 - On a pilot ladder without a PFD
2:57 & 3:02 - Pictures of a customer's cargo.
3:06 - Someone INSIDE of a customer's cargo.
3:16- Something else I'm not going to point out to protect the ship.
3:20- Video/Photo of cargo.
3:25- We're running the crane while holding the camera.
I would also venture that the Seabulk SMS prohibits the use of phones and cameras on the bridge underway, or when you're doing something dangerous running the deck lifter. I haven't read the Seabulk SMS so I won't count them. I'm sure I could find more if I watched it again. 2:45 and 3:06 are inexcusable.
The customer cargo stuff is a big deal. There is enough in that video that I can figure out which ship, which ports, and when cargo moved, if I'm a competitor this is useful. Also, if I'm BMW I have the expectation that cars won't be disturbed from Port of Load and Until Port of Discharge,, I don't random cadets sitting in them, scratching the paint, denting the doors, etc.
