Can someone please tell me what is included in the "Academic Information Request" listed under the required documents? My counselor submitted everything except for that so I'm trying to find out so I can ask for that specifically.

According to the USMMA website: Academic Information Request. The information requested includes official transcripts and a school profile.
Most if not all the information you need to apply to USMMA can be found on the Academy's website.
 
Yes, I’ve spent a lot of time searching the website. Unfortunately, school profile and transcripts are listed as separate required documents.972BA10C-E524-4E8C-8E87-5AEA2862175C.jpeg
 
@Murpful If I were you, I would just drop an email to KP admissions and ask them for clarification. The Admission officers email addresses are listed on the school website. You could also call admissions directly and ask. Their toll free phone number is (866) 546-4778. My guess here is that once all the academic information 'Submitted' shows as 'Verified Complete' the Academic information Request will then show as 'Verified Complete'.

The following is taken directly from the United States Merchant Marine Academy Applicant Instructions

Academic Information Request:
To be completed by your designated school official or college counselor. On your Contacts tab, you will designate the person that will provide the requested information.

a. Enter the Last Name, First Name, Email Address and Phone Number of the school official or college counselor for whom you want to provide your academic information. Ensure that the email address and phone number you provide is valid and current.If the phone number you provide for your contact is incorrect, they will not be able to access the online form.

b. After you submit the contact info for the Academic information Request, the designated person will receive a secure email after 4 hours with instructions to complete the online form. You can update your point of contact’s information within the 4 hour window before the email is generated.

c. Your counselor should provide an official copy of your high school transcript showing evidence of Trigonometry/Pre-Calculus, Chemistry w/ Lab and/or Physics w/ Lab, courses in progress, a high school profile, your high school rank (if your school does not rank, some indication of class standing must be submitted to continue the application process), standardized SAT and/or ACT scores and 7th semester grades when available.

d. When you have submitted the Academic Information Request to your designated point of contact, your portal will update from “Not Submitted” to “Requested”. Once your point of contact completes the Academic Information Request, the portal status will be updated to “Verified Complete”.
