DS accepted the NROTC scholarship today but is worried that it is binding. Is it binding? He wants to leave his options open.
Our understanding is no. If he looks at the package that was sent via email (and later snail mail) it will show you the paperwork he will fill out if he chooses to refuse it down the line. Boxes to check for reason why such as USNA, USAFA etc.DS accepted the NROTC scholarship today but is worried that it is binding. Is it binding? He wants to leave his options open.
