Just curious if USMA looks at all four sections of the ACT or just Math/English. My scores are solid but my highest are Science and Reading

Very few people will know how scores from each of the five sections (as the ACT + writing is required) are weighted as components of the WCS. However, the Class of 2021 profile (https://www.usma.edu/oir/Class profiles/Class of 2021.pdf) shows the scores for each of the sections, so I would assume that the scores from all sections are being reviewed.

Right. I'm aware of that. However, the Admissions page says the following:
  • West Point combines the highest math and verbal scores from either test to evaluate your competitiveness.

Unless recently changed, USMA uses all four of the ACT sub-scores. The Math and English are generally considered most important. But on the WCS, the ACT is super-scored, and that score is what gets applied.

I have maintained a few times that the fact that the ACT has more sub-parts than the SAT makes it a better option under a super-scoring format. More opportunities, per exam, to increase a sub-score, whether the overall test score was improved or declined.
