Actvities Question

I have a quick question regarding documenting leadership activities. My best leadership activites have occurred outside of school, with my church youth group an my summer job. My high school administrators will obviously not be able to verify these activities on the verification form. I am wondering what the best method to document these activities will be.

why would you need to document them? At your PMS Interview you will talk about your job and church anyway, since as you wrote, those are your most significant Leadership experiences.

On the AROTC application, it is assumed you are being factual and truthful in everything you list. The things that are verified are SAT/ACT, Transcript, possibly activities via your High School Counselor... but a lot of Counselors, especially at large schools, can't even verify many of the activities you list anyway.
 
Ah, good point Clarkson. I was addressing the issue of verification, and I see OP is also asking about documenting... that is, where to list them.
