Additional SA Application and DoDMERB Question

Candidate is considering adding an SA to this application cycle. Aside from the other challenges that this may present at this point, we were wondering how it works with the medical file. For example, if a candidate was granted a waiver from USAFA, and then decided it would be in their best interest to also apply to another SA, for example West Point....how does that work? Assuming they are competitive, will WP look at the DoDMERB file and waiver and then make their own determination? Or will the waiver process start from square one regardless? Like the waiver process itself, is it dependent on how competitive the applicant is?

We understand that each SA has their own guidelines and will do their own evaluation, we were just curious how that works, realizing it may also be different depending on the candidate. Thank you.
