I just wanted to see if there's anything different about the application process for someone like me who lives overseas (I am a U.S. citizen). Any advice or help would be great! Thanks.
Same process as for everyone else. Apply for noms from all sources including YOUR Congressman and Senators. Don't forget VP, Presidential and any others you're qualified for.
