In colleges, including the SAs, there is not a pre-med major, it is a track. So you can be a music major on the pre-med track and apply to medical school. Be advised the MCAT has changed, so when exploring possible colleges and majors, verify how many of the required MCAT courses there are incorporated into the degree. Depending on the major, you may have to take extra classes during the Fall or Spring semesters, or even take a class or 2 in the summer. You will need sociology and psychology as well as the other science courses, and it is a much LONGER test than the older version, by about 2 hours. Good luck!
