Did they give any guidance on the next step whether that needs to be an end user (our DDs and DSs) to use a different web browser or reboot? I know she has at least rebooted (first step W/all server issues). Or will the detachment at her school of choice be able to supply clarity on her status when she contacts them. She received the same federal forms as she did for her NROTC scholarship in the portal but not the “offered” tab on main page. It seems there are a few of us in this situation that are standing with a heavy bag of uncertainty.
