Congrats to those that were selected - the long wait is over for us, Not selected, .
I am sorry, same for us not selected - on top of the rejection from the stretch school we received as well - sigh. I think I hurt more, Hang in there!DS did not get selected.
Same for DS. Got denied by stretch school and a classmate of his with less scores/activities etc got into the school so he was doubly upset. Still has his full tuition waiver at 1 of his top 2 choices but I think it's more of the ego hit etc.I am sorry, same for us not selected - on top of the rejection from the stretch school we received as well - sigh. I wish I had a tuition waiver, best of luck - somehow it all works out right -Same for DS. Odd year. We really thought our DS had a great shot....but just didn't meet this years cutoff. The interview is huge part and he thought that went well, but who knows really. Hopefully AFA will come through, but on to the alternate plans and trying for an ICSP if not the AFA.so many "not selected".
Would love to see the stats (# of applications, # of scholarships offered)

Congrats to all who earned a scholarship, and those who didn't....keep your heads high and don't let this affect your goals. Press on and kick butt.
Our DS interview was 10x better w afrotc than nrotc. Got nrotc first try. Denied by afrotc.Odd year. We really thought our DS had a great shot....but just didn't meet this years cutoff. dittoI can't agree with you more on this year awarded - I knew they cut back, in fact one of the Major's we spoke to said way back on funds and only 3 boards, really 2 for AF and one long one for SF and if you recall last year AF was clawing back scholarships, there was an article in the WSJ on that. I really thought my DD had a shot (maybe in a normal year) STEM, top of her class, varsity sports, leadership, great interview, grades, all had it going in the right direction then bam - will have to figure it out. Not going to be easy, but is what it is.
DS never got notification of SF. So we guess she is out too on that one lolDid anyone that was reboarded for Space Force get a SF scholarship offer today. Or are these all AFROTC offers and declinations? I know a few people got scholarships for AFROTC and reboarded on Space Force during the last boards.
Maybe he was reboarded on both last time and you still have yet to hear on the other this timeDS never got notification of SF. So we guess she is out too on that one lol
I ll ask him later if he did check SF for rotc. I want to say no prob bc no flying there and his major but who knows w kids lolMaybe he was reboarded on both last time and you still have yet to hear on the other this time
Oops sorry - wrong thread. My app was HSSPHuge bummer. 32 Act / 4.5 GPA - told interview scored very high. No offer. Passed on Commanders scholarship at second school choice to focus on 1st choice. Now nada.
