AFROTC Scholarship Application - "Preferred Detachments"

Hi all;

I am currently in the process of applying for the AFROTC scholarship, and am on the section where the applicant selects preferred schools and ROTC detachments. My question is: if I were to apply and be accepted to a school not on the preliminary list, would it necessarily disqualify me from the scholarship, or would it be potentially possible to transfer the scholarship to that other school?

It doesn't really matter what schools you put down. Its not like the army. You can take your scholarship to any school with an AFROTC detachment.
