ALO Interview

I have finished most of my USAFA application. I now have been assigned a Evaluator, I have reached out to him via email several days ago and have tried to call him but he is not accepting calls at this time. I have tried to call once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once in the evening. How long does it take to usually reach them?

Reaching them varies. They work and have their own lives as well. They take vacations. If they are teachers, they gear up for school. They take business trips. They also await guidance from above on how to conduct interviews during these times. They are definitely not sitting there eagerly awaiting your call, although they'll be eager to speak to you at the appropriate time.

Boards aren't meeting yet so this is not urgent (unless for some strange reason it is). Back off for a week and then try again occasionally. If necessary, after Labor Day, you might reach out to someone higher up the food chain.
