ALO not available to sign off on form

DS's ALO often traveling and not in contact. He needs to sign off on form on portal regarding tattoos, branding, piercings (has none). Can someone else sign off on this?

Contact admissions. Ask them for the LOD's name and number. The lod is the ALOs boss. They can do it. The admissions office can also provide other instructions.
