ALO not responding

Hello All,

My DS has completed his entire USAFA application with the exception of the ALO interview. He has reached out via email a few times (starting in July) to the "Evaluator ALO" to respectfully request an ALO interview. However, to date he has not received a response to any of his emails. Unfortunately there is no phone number associated with the Evaluator ALO on his portal, so he reached out to his Admissions team requesting a phone number. He was told in mid-August to wait two weeks and he would hear back via email from the ALO and he still hasn't received a response. Any recommendations on how to get in touch with an ALO that does not list a phone number?
 
I would re-email Admissions and ask what to do. They may be able to get your son a different Evaluator ALO.

He is doing the right things - another call into the Admissions team would be a good next step. Additionally, reach out to the MENTOR ALO and let them work through ALO back channels to either get it reassigned or find the updated contact info the for assigned evaluator.

Just a thought, but has he checked his junk/SPAM email folder to be sure a response did not go there?
