I don't know. When I opened the file early this morning I saw it.

Our Congressman called DS this past Wednesday night to personally announce the appointment, then the offer showed up on the portal Friday morning. Super excitement and limited sleep the past few days. He has not received BFE yet.

Congratulations! Same with my DS, a Congratulations green box showed up on his portal on Friday, with all forms and link to accept/decline offer, no appointment letter on the official correspondence section though. Wondering why isn't there yet, he has not received BFE either.
