It's ONLY August 27th....................you all need to relax, seriously. This is not IM'ing, or texting or a video game where you expect an immediate response. The generation of instant gratification is before our eyes. Let the process unfold, go on with your life and enjoy your Senior year. There are many kids who won't hear yay or nay until April. I believe the resident, highly respected B&GO's will confirm that.

It's true. Some candidates whose packets are complete in July or August won't even hear whether they're scholastically qualified until the end of this year or early next. And, those who are triple Q'ed will probably have to wait until Feb. through April to learn whether they've received an appointment.
Yes, SOME will get LOAs and even appointments in the coming months. But, the vast majority will not.
It's a lengthy process. I realize everyone is anxious but please be prepared for quite a few months of waiting.

Yes please be patient. I was triple qualified by the beginning of October but did not find out that I received an appointment until April 8th. It's tough but you will find out one way or another. Sometimes your MOC won't turn in his/her slate until te deadline (Jan 31), which happened to me; and which further prolongs the process for you. Hang in there.
