Anyone hear about something down at USNA?

"The superintendent told the board, which was meeting in Annapolis as part of its role to oversee the academy, that the additional two left voluntarily before the investigation was complete." Please tell me these were Midshipmen suspected of drug use and not drug dealing who were permitted to leave rather than facing UCMJ punishment?
 
To the point of Mids being punished for "knowledge of and not reporting," I just dealt with a conduct case in which a few Mids got the Aiding and Abetting charge for that reason. It is one of those charges that can be applied as the CoC sees fit. As for the Honor concept at USNA, not telling the CoC and lying to the CoC are not treated as the same...thankfully.
