My daughter is applying for 2014. She started the process in June. She asked her school counselor and teachers for letter of recommendation and all but two area have been completed.

The teachers told my daughter that the forms were mailed out several weeks ago.

Here is my question.

Is the Candidate Activities Form and the teacher recommednation form, a form that is printed out and mailed to the Academy or is it sent on line?
 
Teacher rec is done on-line. Candidate tells CGO who teacher is and USNA sends him/her an email that allows the teacher to enter the rec on-line. Not sure re activities sheet but believe it is on-line as well.
 
Your daughter should have filled out the Candidate Activities Form online, then input her guidance counselor's information for him/her to verify (online).

The only thing my guidance counselor actually had to mail to the Academy was my high school transcript.
