Hi there, I just finished my application to the Naval Academy today. I have a GPA of 3.9, an SAT score of 1350, and I have secured a Presidential Nomination. Would somebody be able to tell me how strong my application looks? Thanks!

Can’t say how strong your application looks because we know almost nothing about you and even less about the candidates you’re up against. But you can draw your own conclusion by going onto the USNA website and finding the Class of 2022 profile. You’ll see how you stack up in terms class rank, test scores and ECs. Having a presidential nom is nice, of course, but that doesn’t necessarily say anything about your chances of appointment.
