Although where you live is not nearly as important as you SAT/ACT scores, grades, CFA, etc. It does play a small role. All of the SA's try to represent all parts of the country equally and there are such things as "underrepresented districts". But, according to the list I've seen of last years numbers, there are no districts from Vermont that were "underrepresented". This in no way says that you won't get in, just that Vermont is more competitive for the Naval Academy. Just work on you scores and do the best you can. Good luck.
