I've been making my way through the appointee kit and was wondering how many "relationships" I should put. Is there any reason I should put more than one?
I am also a recruited athlete for fencing. Should I prioritize the PT plan over training for my sport, and if so, to what degree?

Thanks!

Can you give more context on what the relationships thing is for? And don’t give up your sport for PT, maybe closer to I day you may want to ramp up your own workout schedule but for now just be doing a good workout that’ll get you in shape for bodyweight stuff and cardio.

When does the appointee kit show up? I just accepted my offer, but I have no further information.

Give it 2-3 days and then you will get a pre kit with Covid questions. When that is complete, you will get the full Appointee kit.

I thought maybe out of all the relationships listed you fill out the info if they apply to you. So if you don’t have a step dad, skip that one, etc.

For me, it just said to list at least one relationship. Should I fill one out for each parent if their contact info was already filled out under emergency contacts?

We only did one for the appointee kit. I think the other post might be referring to the relationships section of the security clearance form that specifically states you must fill out for each relative you have (parents, siblings, step parents, etc). On that form we will include all required relatives.

I personally filled it out more than once. Allowed for the distinction with moms.

I think I put both of my parents as emergency contacts and then just had the same info and put my mom as my relationship.
