When does Tricare kick in? Day one. If you are injured during BCT/plebe summer, etc, you are fully coved upon signing your paperwork day one. Receiving your healt/dental/etc isn’t contingent upon passing BCT/plebe summer. You are a member day one.

You can be seperated at any time. I think you are confusing the two. But you are a full member, day one. Just look at when your benefits begin if in doubt. You are receiving a paycheck.
