Army ROTC 2022-2023 1st Board

I think it is a good sign. Reading posts from previous years state that the colleges got locked before scholarship.
Other message boards have also said status shifted from B/UC to Boarded to Winner in quick succession so we may see changes earlier than February if people choose not to accept their scholarships and spots open up for those further down the OML.

It’s under the “Selection Status” tab. If it says Winner in the yellow on the top and there is a red box, you’ve gotten it. (For future applicants scrolling through, all of this is unfolded around 1pm EST)

Quick question though, I’ve got three universities listed but under a column “status” there is a P. What does this mean? Is it pending still?

Not sure. My colleges were locked and now they aren't locked. My application has changed a few times in the last few hours

Why are the schools on the acceptance letter not listed in the order I ranked them?

Patience, grasshoppers. This is a long process and you can drive yourself crazy sweating every little thing. Focus NOT on what’s out of your control.

Two years ago, DS heard nothing after the first board. After the second board, he was awarded a three-year scholarship. After the third board, the award was updated to a four-year scholarship. So again…patience.

Colleges are unlocked after being locked. It looks like all the Boarded/Under Consideration will be pushed to the 2nd Board in January. Good Luck Everyone and let us know if things change in your application

My son just received a call from one of the three schools listed in his portal. The PMS of the program told him that he needed to choose and accept the scholarship offer for one of the schools listed within 3 weeks. I know an email will be forthcoming, but does anyone have any insights on this? He is applying EA to all 3 schools, and it seems as if having him choose right now would be defacto making him do ED at 2 schools (one does not offer ED). I had hoped he would have had time to weigh his options depending on where he gets accepted. It doesn't seem that being awarded a scholarship should force his hand.
