I can accept the 3year AD scholarship and still be eligible to possibly be upgraded on the next board right?

DD won a 3 year for two OOS schools. Great news, but she was just rejected from one of the schools and has already committed to an in-state school (with Army ROTC). Should she reach out to the school where she has decided to attend?

Are you saying she committed to someplace to attend that wasn't in her top ROTC schools? I don't think it is that difficult to transfer Scholarship. I know my DS moved UCLA and UCSB down his list since they don't render admissions decision until late.
