Army ROTC scholarship site 400 error??

The Army ROTC scholarship application opened today and maybe it's just overloaded?? Can't move forward and save anything after getting about 1/2 way thru earlier this morning.
Does anyone have experience with this today or in the past?

I have no idea honestly. I have like half of it done, but maybe they are just having network issues or something.
 
Panic!!!!

no, often on day 1 what they plan on working doesnt, somebody probably didnt enable a site load level increase. Might be a problem today, maybe tomorrow, but when people get back to work Monday it will get straightened out.

Thank you :) New to this and, yes, a little panicky! Good to know it isn't just us or a tech problem on our end.
 
Try different browsers as well. Often Govt portals are optimized for one over the other, including vintage IE.
 
My daughter was told by a PMS that it is best to wait until 7/1 to start the application. He said the site is notorious for having issues and it is best to wait a few weeks.

I don't disagree with any of the earlier responses bot following the suggestion might be helpful as well.
