BIG question there. If there is one thing I learned over the past 2 years, it is that the services (not just the career fields and locations) are very different. The culture is different, the focuses are different. Your best bet is to talk to members of both services (I guess Army is what you need more insight on if you have Navy family), do some research on career fields, and visit the academy. They are very different, but both are equally important. Yes, it is the USMA forum, so we are apt to say Go Army! However, I most recommend that you look at the differences in BRANCHES first, then academies, since you will spend more time in the service you choose than at the academy you choose.
