You are only boarded once which produces an OML score. You are then placed on the Order of Merit List. Your score from the second board is what your position on the OML is based on. After the third board, those applicants will be placed on the OML. The remaining scholarships will then be awarded.

You don't. It is the internal scoring system that is used to rank applicants.

You likely did not receive a scholarship.
