Yes, it should. I know that my son was making changes to his order / top 3 right up until it locked. Even after you accept your scholarship and have to select a school, you still have the opportunity to request a transfer of scholarship to a different school.

For my DS, I can move them around, but they move back if I switch to another tab. I cannot add/save anything new in the SOI. I am guessing everything is locked since this is the final board. I clicked the red x on one that he's no longer interested in. It disappeared initially, but when logging back in, the school is still there.
 
My DS got a 3 year and they only gave him the option of 2 of his schools to attend for the scholarship. It will tell you what schools in the offer letter if you are awarded a scholarship.

Do you have any information yet on if any 3-year scholarships will be upgraded to a 4-year? If so how many?
Also, do you know if we have better chances of getting upgraded if we are already medically qualified and accepted into our school choice?

We don't know how many upgrades (if any) until the results are approved. Basically it comes down to where you fall on the OML (order of merit list). The top 1000 get a 4YR regardless of DODMERB status or school acceptance. If you received a 3AD offer from the second board, but are actually in the top 1000 after the third board, then you will be upgraded.

Hoping you'll be able to share overall stats (how many applied, how many awarded) for the year after the 3rd board results are approved.
 
Hi all. As a parent who is very new to this whole process and who did not have a very hands on approach to our son's application process, I have what is probably a very silly question. His current application status says "Boarded/Under Consideration". Does this mean that his application was definitely submitted to the board and reviewed or would it say this even if he was missing anything from his application package? Thanks in advance!

Yes, "Boarded/Under Consideration" means the application was submitted and reviewed. The application would not have been reviewed if all the requirements were not met.

Do you recall if it was locked after the red banner said all tabs would lock or is this new since the board concluded? I wish I would have checked/realized to check the difference.
