AROTC Portal down again?

Is anyone else having issues with the AROTC portal? Login screen keeps sending me in a loop for a New Session and Session Expired...tried reseting password and still the same issue...

Close your browser tab and start over in a new one.

I have tried that multiple times...even on multiple devices. Same result...

Well then IDK. I was on the portal yesterday it was working fine.
