Did anyone tune in?
If so, did you find it helpful.

Sorry, armydaughter, I just got in and didn't even get to tune in.

Yeah, I figured it out.

I tuned in for some of it just out of curiosity. Most of the people who participated seemed to be students who had very little information about USMA. It's great that there was this forum to reach them since they obviously had not been reached before.

It was a little dizzying to watch. There were up to four reps from Admissions on but, at times over 40 participants. The reps were scrambling and still answering questions that had long scrolled out of view.

The FB page said they are planning more. If anyone out there has the ear of admissions, maybe they should have future chats on narrower topics such as "chat for sophomores and juniors considering WP" "chat for candiates with open files", "chat for academic qualifications" (average SAT/ACT scores was asked at least a dozen times).

Just my unsolicited two cents.

Informative!

I had the opportunity to ask questions. The forum was very benificial in my opinion. Asking question directly to them was valuable. The next forum is in October, I forgot what day?

There is one OCT 2 for Hispanics.
Also, the SE will have sessions for each SE state.
I'll post when I hear more details of when.

I went on during the earlier time (10am-2pm I think it was) and it was much quieter, about 10 participants but only 3 or 4 students asking questions. You could also start a private conversation with a representative. I found it helpful to answer some questions about my situation in the application process. Some people were though very new to the whole idea of the service academies and could have benefitted from reading basic material on the process.
