It appears that BGOs are now being informed if their candidates passed the CFA. I don't know how long from submission of scores until the "qualified" appears in our system. I also don't know if we are told if a candidate has failed ("not qualified") or if we only are told when the person has passed. So, if you aren't sure if you passed, you can contact your BGO -- but I would wait for a couple of weeks at least after taking the test to give USNA time to process the scores and update our system.
BGOs do NOT see your scores, results, how well you did, etc. We only see if you are "qualified" physically. Also, understand that "qualified" is the minimum. You may want to discuss your results with your BGO to determine whether your scores are "good" or merely meet the standard. Finally, BGOs are NOT told what the minimum scores are but can make some educated guesses based on experience.
