Currently a second year within AFROTC, or a AS200. Been super stressed lately and kept busy, but have been doing great things in and out of ROTC and am ranked #1 in my class, but at a cost of experiencing some bad burn out and things that have happened that have given me a weird outlook on the Air Force. Any advice or similar thoughts?

Normal stress related advice would apply here without any idea of what your "weird outlook" is here.
Better time management.
Learn when to say No.
Deep breathing.
Good night's sleep.
Yoga.
Affirmative thoughts.

Thanksgiving break is right around the corner.

Then a nice long semester break.

Advice I would give anyone, would be ‘work-life balance’. Is being number one the MOST important thing to you?

I would also chat with a school counselor, or chaplain. Off the record. If needed. To help bring some focus into your goals. Contrary to what you may be thinking, the BEST doesn’t necessarily mean number 1.

Another thing that could maybe help you make some choices would be to think about how you would advise your best buddy. Sometimes that advice is somthing that’ll help your own self.

... so it's a matter of perspective. Rhetorical questions {if the answers are all no, then drive on and embrace the suck}:
* Did you swim one mile in a
box-jellyfish infested water?
** Did you dig a chest-deep foxhole during a downpour and you're soaked and covered in mud?
*** Did you jump in the Yukon from 1,200 feet at minus (-) 30 below zero degrees?
**** Did you spend 5 days in an igloo with one candle as a heat source?
***** Did you spend 30 days supporting a civil-military operation without electricity, Internet, and running water?

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but college and ROTC were the least of my life "burn out" worries.

Enjoy college and the breaks that come with it. Life after isn't so kind.

But it's normal to get stressed and burned out from time to time. Ease off the gas a bit and take some more "me" time.
