C/O 2013! Best to be Seen! Big, Bad, and Mean!

??? fill us in? what happened?

I do not believe that it would be professional to talk about it on here. Something happened, leaders were relieved of their command. Thats basically as far as I think it should go.

Right you are.

Taz, I'm in your squad/basic flight. I don't know if you know who I am, but my room is right next to yours.

We too had...."training difficulties."

But it was resolved successfully. (I think...)

Hey folks,

Maybe I'm "off base" here but...there are cadets on this board and from what I'm "hearing" something occurred during training that resulted in a change of command/leadership structure.

It's really NOT appropriate to ask what it was, etc...etc...even though I realize we all are VERY curious and would like to know everything we can learn.

Please realize you place these cadets in a very precarious position. They are quite often privy to things/occurrences/decisions that are "not for public release." While it may be the "talk of the town" in Sijan or Vandy, it's NOT for the "public" and that's ANYONE not at USAFA and "part of it."

Having one of them release information that they shouldn't can put them in "dangerous waters" to use a navy phrase.

agreed and understood

Yup. 7 mile run up the three bears w/rifles. Yeah Taz you know what I'm talking about. By the end people were literally falling down as they were running.

we were supposed to do three bears with rifles and all yesterday. Lightning warning cancelled it. Too bad...

HAHAHA yeah too bad, 230 jumping jacks consecutive was much better, on top of everything else :p

Yeah we did it with the lightning warning. Our training officers are crazy.

our guy didn't want to fill out the paperwork if one of us was killed. I can completely understand that. and flyersboy, the jumping jacks really weren't that bad. We got a quick knowledge break halfway through! Nothing like A-course in the morning and then the beat session in the afternoon that ended with 200 straight in a row, with group staff watching most of the time. And the dust. That was worse i thought. The real question is which one was more motivating though?:yllol:
