c/o 2029 application help

Hello,
I am applying for the class of 2029 and have started my DODMerb process, secured an interview with my congressman and submitted the actual like application part of it. On my portal it says “Submitted” for the application details, however I am waiting on my CFA to be uploaded along with one last LOR.
My question is when will my application start being reviewed? Is it not until every single thing is completed, or is it just after i submitted the online part if that makes sense. I don’t have super consistent communication with my AO so it’s been hard to get a clear answer, but i did hear that lots of LOAs have been going out and I just wanted to know what i need to prioritize to get to the point of my application actually being looked at

I think they only start looking when it’s totally complete. I also know that it’s not that deep if you don’t get an LoA because apparently the majority of successful candidates don’t
 
My DS got an LOA with most of it complete except for the nomination (still waiting to interview). That was the condition of the LOA - to get the nomination.
 
Mine got an LOA without the Nom. Without CFA uploaded and with a medical DQ that will need a waiver. It came shortly after he submitted essays, as everything else was done a month ago.
 
Be patient kid! You should know by late January if you got through all the hoops. Get ready to be rich if you can make it through.
