I am home for the summer and am going to get my military ID card (just swore in under NROTC scholarship). I'm going to the base near my house and was wondering if I need to be uniform for the ID picture? Those at my unit were in uniform for theirs because they all went as a group on the day we wear uniforms at school (Thursday).

My first CAC card picture was me in a button up shirt. I know several people who wore American flag t-shirt. As long as the clothing is in good taste you're fine.
