Don't know the first two, but I watch bewitched!
I don't know Davey (and I won't cheat and Google).
Fred Mertz was Ethel's husband. The two were friends/landlords of Ricky and Lucy Ricardo.
Don't know the first two, but I watch bewitched!
Speaking of typewriter ribbon, where can you buy them?
Try who is, Davey,
We used to watch Davey on Sunday mornings, one of the early examples of "claymation."
Davey was a young boy who seemed to always have some sort of moral dilemma.
Ok wow that brought back memories... when Pima put Davey I was racking my brain and I knew I should know it... then you posted that pic and it all came flooding back!
How about the Heidi Bowl Game? Anyone remember that? Here's a hint it changed TV viewing.
It wasn't a bowl game
Probably at the same store that sells Mercurochrome, BetaMax, Polaroid instant film, Crystal Pepsi, and 8-tracks.
I think George Blanda was Oakland's QB. I do recall a commercial that played off the game...but for the life of me, I cannot recall who it was for.
Joe Nameth in panty hose is one my earliest memories related to football....guess I'm not quite as old as some of you, but I do remember getting our first color TV that took up half the living room floor, and being amazed at the NBC peacock in technicolor We had 4 TV stations and didn't have near the trouble finding something worth watching.
LOL and you forgot to put in one key features that those all wood floor models had that TVs don't have today! You never asked where is the remote... you had to get up to change the channel on the knob!
So true....our DD was around 12 years old when she realized that you could change the channel without the remote, and that only happened when the batteries died in it and she was at a loss as to what to do....She is not the future engineer I still bust her about that 15 years later
