Can Mids & Cadets fly using DoD's Space-Available travel benefit? (You bet they can).

So on the form, it says to complete (among other details)

- Rank/Grade
- Military status
- Travel eligibility status (above)
- Overseas travel-ready status (Required documents in-hand?)

What would that be for a current USNA Midshipman?

Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) continues to offer regularly scheduled Space-A travel opportunities for Mids to Ramstein, Germany. DS had little trouble getting a seat on the "Patriot Express" 767 mid-summer and his roommate used it over the recent holiday break. DS has been educating his company mates on OCONUS paperwork and Space-A tactics. Dover AFB (DE), McGuire (NJ), JB Andrews (MD), NAS Norfolk (VA) are solid backup departure airports. Some destinations (e.g. Greenland, Turkey, Kuwait, others) are restricted to assigned personnel.
