Can my application go before the board yet?

I have submitted everything on the application except for the CFA scores which I have requested from Navy as I took them during NASS. Am I able to go before the board without this and potentially receive an LOA? I also do not have my DODMERB finished because I have been asked to complete a remedial.

LOA's can be given without CFA or DODMERB since they are many times conditional upon becoming qualified in those areas and receiving a nomination.
 
No, you can not get an LOA without getting your CFA in and I think the period for LOA's has long passed. So if you were competitive you will just be offered an appointment. Good luck.

LOA's can be given on just test scores and class rank, they are conditional on other items being successfully completed and becoming 3Q'd with nomination. You are correct that it is late in the game so it is unlikely to happen since nominations are being received and appointments given.
 
Has there been a problem transferring CFA scores to USMA?

My DS had similar situation. Took CFA at NASS. Asked for scores to be transferred to USMA & USAFA. Scores showed up at USAFA in a couple of days. After several weeks DS emailed USMA & was told that scores would be pulled in to his profile. Fast forward a couple months still no scores & DS gets email from USMA asking if he needs help with CFA. DS responded explaining situation & was last we heard. (DS received appointment to first choice & withdrew USMA application.)
