Candidate activities record format question

Should this section be a list, narrative, or both/either? DS has it as a narrative for each section. I’m wondering if a list with bullet points is a better format? More direct and to the point. But I don’t want to guide him in the wrong direction.

He didn’t see specific formatting directions in the Instructions to Candidates packet. The directions on each section in the portal include verbs such as list, describe, and detail.

Use bullet form. It’s more concise, more focused, easier to read quickly — which is what you want with thousands of other applications also being evaluated.
