Candidate Portal 2/23 Error?

Went to go check the status of my SLE tonight, but noticed the candidate portal webpage is not working. Server timeout. Anybody else having this problem?

My DD cannot log in as well... portal down again, maybe updating, hopefully good news will pop up!

Yep, timed out. If the site gets bombed with users the servers won't be able to carry the load. Try very early, or very late.

Yes, and patience is a military virtue. This is our first taste of hurry-up-and-wait. Relax. Go work out. Study for the SATs and ACTs. Finish your homework for Monday, and enjoy your day off today and tomorrow with friends and family.

It’s pointless to worry about something you have no control over. Staring at your status is a waste of time.

DS got an email and a web site to finish SLE kit and payment on 2/22. Application portal did not update but I think because he needed to bring medical forms for Dr signature. All forms done including the power of attorney and payment.

2/22 he got a congratulation email. 2/23 when his portal change to “accepted”

What do you have left to submit? If the portal is still down tomorrow, I would email your regional commander and let him/her know that you have materials that you still need to send in.

The portal came back up for me early today. As far as submissions, I had to submit my candidate statements and CFA videos. Everything's done, now for the waiting game *insert Jeopardy music*
