Does your candidate portal change when you receive an appointment? (for instance added boxes and needed information)
 
Yes; much of the needed info will be submitted through the portal.
 
Yes; Son recalls that there was a "Personal Information" form with uniform sizes, points of contact, religious affiliation; another for travel plans to R-Day; and a third for parents' information; and another checklist with red and green "meatballs" for the forms that had to be submitted by third parties -- police record checks, immunizations, dental x-rays, parental consent if needed, birth certificate, and final transcript.
