All good to send. However DS quickly learned to shave without cream and bears a scar on his chin from trying to hurry up.What about shaving cream and good quality razors or an after shave with very very light smell. I will of course include a funny card.
I’m trying to find something “fun” to send. Also should I include our address/phone number in case we can keep helping? All good to send. However DS quickly learned to shave without cream and bears a scar on his chin from trying to hurry up.
You can! I have in the past. I actually got a letter back once - which was cool and unexpected.I’m trying to find something “fun” to send. Also should I include our address/phone number in case we can keep helping?
Should I send a couple of thick garbage bags too? You could throw a lot of "stuff" in there and carry it. I realize they also have a duffle bag they got on I Day.And remember - they have to move to a different room at some point so the zip locks are lifesavers!
They have their sea bags - and those bags hold a lot of stuff - but I will defer to the other here to weigh in on garbage bags.Should I send a couple of thick garbage bags too? You could throw a lot of "stuff" in there and carry it. I realize they also have a duffle bag they got on I Day.
So they were issued a sea bag? Or will get it over PS? If so I'll just leave it at that. They have their sea bags - and those bags hold a lot of stuff - but I will defer to the other here to weigh in on garbage bags.
Yes, there have been mids from very challenging circumstances who would very likely get little or nothing. A few yrs ago we had a candidate from NJ who was living on his own as a senior in High School, both parents deceased and older sister (out of state) had custody. He was working for food money while still doing some sports as well as good grades.I was writing a letter to "any plebe" and I got to wondering what are the circumstances under which somebody doesn't receive any packages or letters?
