CFA Administrator Question

I am trying to schedule my CFA, and I wondered if anyone had further knowledge/insight as to who can administer this test. The instructions for precandidates state that a coach can give the test. Should this be one of my coaches? As a homeschooler and self-trained triathlete, I don't have any good options for a coach or PE teacher. However, I know a few people who have been coaches previously and are willing to administer the test. Would this be an issue?

First check with your local High School Atheltics department. Even if you aren’t a student they should be familiar and willing to administer the test as long as you are in district.

Your mentor ALO is available...check with them.

I'd also recommend asking your admissions team if you have someone in mind and aren't sure if they are allowed to administer it. My kids are homeschooled and the admissions team was very helpful with my oldest when he had questions that ds's mentor ALO was unsure about.

I believe my son had an officer from a base in Germany administer his CFA. I have had former students use coaches and another former student used the JROTC instructor at a neighboring high school.

Thank you all for your answers! I was able to schedule one with a local P.E. Teacher. It seems obvious now, but I had previously had trouble getting in contact with the school and so was pursuing different avenues.
