Hello, I just took the CFA on Friday.
I’m a male and here’s what I got:

46 feet bball throw
13 pull ups
9.1 shuttle
74 situp
61 push ups
6:35 mile

I slipped a couple of times during the shuttle run and still got 9.08 secs. I want to take it again because I didn’t make a good decision of working out the day before because I was overthinking of how well I’d do. So I woke up pretty sore because of that..

I want to take it again because I know that I can do better than that (I usually max out pull ups and pushups during my practice tests and meet the goals for everything else.)
But my deadline is on November 1st and these are the only scores I have..

What do you guys think?

basketball is pretty far below the goal, also try to get a good shuttle run in and get it under 9

Unless you can take it before or on November 1, I think your only choice is to submit those numbers. The only number that stands out to me is the bball toss, but other than they look good!

Yeah.. Unfortunately, I can’t take it on or before Nov. 1 because I scheduled my Dodmerb tests on those days.

If I fail, are they going to inform me? And can I submit a retake?

You will find out in a day or two if they don’t like your score. Honestly your score looks fine to me... yes your Bball throw score is on the lower side, but your running and pull-up looks solid. Good luck

So it’s been about a week now and I didn’t get anything with regards to retaking it.. Is it because I’m still missing my ALO Interview? Or did I pass?

If you fail it, they notify you and have you take it again. I'm pretty sure that you made it. I've never heard of anyone being failed for the basketball throw, and I've passed this year and last year with a similar BBall throw (50 ish ft).

Applicants can fail the test for the BB throw. Your portal will change to let you know if you passed or not. The interview is not related to the CFA.

I had my deadline Nov. 1 as well. It was the deadline given to me by USAFA. I guess it was because I applied to the Summer Seminar.

My son's deadline is November 19. He is a reapplicant and I don't think that his application will even be considered until his 1st semester college grades are submitted.

oh, that makes sense. My DS is a recruited athlete and wasn't recruited until Mid-September. CFA is the last thing to complete in his portal, which he is taking it this morning. Hopefully, he does well and can submit today's results! Fingers crossed.

If you elected to make your Summer Seminar application also your Pre-Candidate qualifying application, then you basically started the clock at the earliest date in July, resulting in a November 1 deadline.
