I am applying to USNA and USAFA this year as a freshman in college. I just took the CFA and my scores were as follows:

Basketball Throw: 66 ft.
Pull-Ups: 17
Shuttle Run: 8.5 seconds
Sit-Ups: 95
Push-Ups: 74
Mile Run: 8:30

Obviously I did relatively well in everything except for the mile which I bombed (I was exhausted from four hours of sleep and felt sick after about 1/8 of a mile).

Does anybody know if I could still have passed the CFA with that awful mile run? I know that they scale the scores up to 100 but that mile has got to be pretty dang close to 0.

I assume you're a male and that means . . . I don't know. Possibly. But, if the issue was illness/heat/exhaustion, I suggest you retake it. You can easily retake the CFA. Just let your RD (for USNA) know you want to resubmit. He/she will cancel out your scores and your new test will substitute.
