Over time, I found the 'averages' across the Academies are essentially the same. I assume that USMA requirement to provide a video of your pull-ups and push-ups likely lowers the average a bit in comparison to the other three schools. The numbers noted above are close to the men's average results that I have seen in the past for each event. Note that if you achieve 'average' on each event, then your overall score will be quite good as most candidates do not achieve the 'average number' on each one. E.g., a 'runner' may do well on the mile, but not so great on pull-ups. The key is to start a true weekly routine during your junior year (or earlier) so that you achieve your best score on each event. An article by Stew Smith hosted by Military.com (just search "CFA") is a great reference for you during your preparations.
For women, some good averages are: BB Throw 42', Pull-ups 3, (Flex Arm Hang, 24 sec), Shuttle 9.5, Sit-ups 81, Push-ups 43, Mile 7:03
