I'm sure you get tired of hearing the endless "how do you think I did?" threads so I apologize in advance. I'm curious about whether or not I passed the CFA which I took this morning

B-Ball Throw: 54'
Pull Ups: 10
Shuttle Run: 9.7 sec
Crunches: 66
Push Ups: 38 (I know. By far my weakest point)
1 Mile Run: 6:02 Min

Well, it looks like you beat that mile run into the ground. Great work on that; I struggled with it.

However, my advice is to re-do it asap. Your pushups need to be above 50 at the very least.

If the academy hasn't told you that you've failed; you've passed. But, if there's room to improve (and there always is), do it. You don't want to find out that your CFA score caused you to give up an appointment to somebody else.

Trust me, I failed the first time, and even if I hadn't, I would've redone it anyway. Again, great work on your run, now just transfer that skill over to the other areas, and you're golden!

Yea you need to bring those pushups up a lot, just being honest. My advice do a workout where you do nonstop, or as long as you can go,pushups for a minute. Do this 5 times with a 1:30 break in between Even if you can't last the whole minute doing pushups, stay in a half rest for the rest of the time. This will build muscular endurance more than brute strength, which is the key to pushups. Hope this helps.

Check with USNA first - I think it is now too late for fitness test updates

I think the latest you could update your application with new CFA numbers was March 1. Too late, unless, I guess, if they ask to to resubmit

It is too late to resubmit your CFA. However, although your pushups were a bit low, the fact you can do 10 pullups says you have good upper body strength. So, the pushup situation is not as terrible as you might think.

Hey usna1985. Really appreciate you being here. My DS did 18 pullups, 75 crunches, 65 pushups and the mile in 5:58. Does he get any kind of bump for those sort of scores?
