CFA

Requirements are BGO, commissioned officer or PE teacher. A coach can only conduct the CFA if he/she is also a gym/PE teacher. Also, it was conducted at NASS for those who attended.
 
USNA hopeful, I strongly encourage you to read every piece of the Admissions website. On the steps for admissions, there is a link for the CFA instructions (under the CFA tab) that states who can administer the CFA. It is pretty clear who can and can't...in fact "MUST" (as in who can administer the CFA) is capitalized like I quoted it above.
