Does the CFA transfer over to the PFT for Rotc or does it have to be completed seperately?

CFA and PFT are completely unrelated tests.

• CFA is ONLY for service academies.
• PFT is only for Army ROTC for evaluating scholarship applicants.
• The PFT is later followed up by the APFT which is required to validate the scholarship.

If you look under the additional information tab on the Army ROTC scholarship you'll find info about the PFT. It also recommends that you take a PFT even if you have taken/plan to take a CFT.
