I took my CFA and got an email requesting that I retake it. Obviously I am going to retake it, but there is still a green check mark for the CFA in my portal. Also, am I correct that if my second CFA isn't competitive my portal will be closed?

You didn’t measure up physically. You’ve been given a second chance. Get off social media and go work your a$$ off to pass it this time. Knowing the answers to your questions won’t do anything to improve your fitness scores, so focus on what you can control.

If there's a request for a second CFA, the check mark in the first box means nothing more than that USAFA processed your first.
You'll have to retake it. If it's not a pass the second time around, they'll close your portal and you'll have to wait til next year to try again.

Get after it! Train hard and practice often. The more CFAs you take, the better you'll do.
